• Start up in 1959 as a Hassia company
  • Specialized in making small packaging lines.
  • Developed contract packing as a result of the above activity
• 1974 taken-over by Klöckner Werke
  • 3 sites became the packaging division (Klöckner Pentapack)
• 2001 acquired by Budelpack International
  • BPI took over all sites (Rhymney, UK – Ranstadt, G – Hamont, B)
  • Centralisation of Pharma & Health Care in Hamont
• April 2007 acquired by United Drug Plc.
